Merchant account details: name, business name, contact number, email.
Store data via authorised integrations (e.g. Shopify): orders, products, customer shipping details needed to fulfil orders.
Usage data from the Beacon dashboard.

2. How we use it

Data is used solely to provide fulfilment services: processing orders, managing inventory, generating invoices, and communicating operational updates (including via WhatsApp where the merchant opts in).

3. Sharing

Order and shipping details are shared with courier partners strictly to deliver shipments. We do not sell personal data.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure with access controls. Integration tokens are encrypted.

5. Your rights

Merchants may request access, correction, or deletion of their data by writing to hello@storeblaze.in.
